Das Zimmer ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert. Dein Zimmer ist ungefähr wie in den Bildern möbliert. Es gibt keinen Hocker mehr :) Falls du einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl brauchst, kein problem:) Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Verlängerung ist möglich.
The room is bright and has a large window. The apartment was completely renovated two years ago. Your room is furnished approximately as in the pictures. There is no stool anymore :) If you need a desk and a chair, no problem :) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Extension is possible.
Die Lage von der Wohnung ist super. Viele Schöne Parks, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Späti's usw. in der Nähe. U8, U7 und Ringbahn ca. 5 min. entfernt. Wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, hört man tagsüber die Straße Geräusche aber sonst relativ ruhig.
The location of the apartment is great. Many beautiful parks, bars, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, Späti's etc. nearby. U8, U7 and Ringbahn about 5 min. away. If the windows are open you can hear the street noise during the day but otherwise is quiet.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass man sich gegenseitig respektiert und in der Wohnung wohl fühlt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in die gemeinsamen Räume wichtig. Ich finde es schön, wenn wir ab und zu zusammen Zeit verbringen, was trinken, quatschen oder mal rausgehen können. Natürlich ist es auch wichtig gegenseitig Raum lassen, wenn man allein sein möchte. Ich bin mit den Geräuschen nicht empfindlich. Wenn dir absolute Ruhe wichtig ist, die Wohnung ist nicht das richtige für dich. Weil die Küche hat keine Tür dadurch kriegt man viele Geräusche mit oder man hört auch Straßen Geräusche wenn das Fenster offen ist. Es ist eine Vegetarische WG:)
It's important to me that people respect each other and feel comfortable in the apartment. Cleanliness and tidiness in the shared rooms are important. I think it's nice when we can spend time together from time to time, have a drink, chat or go out. Of course, it's also important to give each other space when you want to be alone. I'm not sensitive to noise. If absolute peace and quiet is important to you, the apartment is not right for you. Because the kitchen doesn't have a door, you can hear the noises or you can hear street noises when the window is open in your room. It is a vegetarian wg :)
