Es ist ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, 160 cm Bett, großem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Beleuchtung.
Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen sind dabei aber könnten auch mitgebracht werden.
Die Wohnung ist 78 m² groß, wurde gerade renoviert und ist voll ausgestattet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist südwestlich ausgerichtet und hat eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kiehlufer-Kanal.
Die Terrasse wird in diesem Jahr renoviert, es ist nicht klar, wann die Arbeiten beginnen und beendet werden, aber während dieser Zeit ist die Terrasse möglicherweise nicht nutzbar.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal in der Nähe der Kreuzung zwischen Maybarufer und Kiehlufer.
Es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt: 194 und 171.
Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen sind Schönleinstraße oder Hermanplatz.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele neue, aufstrebende Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.

The apartment is located directly on the canal near the intersection between Maybarufer and Kiehlufer.
There are 2 bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment: 194 and 171.
The nearest subway stations are Schönleinstraße or Hermanplatz.
There are many new, up-and-coming cafés, bars and restaurants in the area
Ich arbeite im Bereich technische E-Mobilität. Ich schwimme gerne und fahre Wakeboard. Während der Woche bin ich ziemlich beschäftigt zwischen Arbeit und Sport, aber immer noch glücklich, einen Tee oder Abendessen am Abend zu teilen.
Am Wochenende reise ich gerne oder gehe aus, um elektronische Musik zu hören.
Beruflich und privat bin ich oft auf Reisen.
