Hi, ich bin im Urlaub vom 19.04.-15.05., also für 4 Wochen, und würde mich über eine nette Person freuen, die mein Zimmer und meine Pflanzen in der Zeit hütet :) Achtung: Bitte keine Bewerbungen von Männern!
Einzug wäre 18.04., dann kann ich dir noch alles zeigen. Das möblierte Zimmer ist gemütlich, groß, hell und hat gute Fenster. Man hört den Straßenlärm also kaum. Die Wohnung besteht noch aus Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt cozy Wohnung mit null Toleranz für Diskriminierung. Wenn du nicht denkst, dass die AfD oder White Privilege Rotz sind, dann gibt es bei uns kein Zuhause für dich :)
Wir müssen zum Juli ausziehen, daher ist mein Bett schon abgebaut und ich hab in einer Ecke ein paar Kisten verstaut aber das Zimmer ist groß genug - das sollte dir nicht im Weg sein.

Move in date needs to be April 18 so I can show you around the apartment before I leave. The furnished room is cozy, large, bright and has good windows. You can hardly hear the street noise. The apartment also has a dining room and living room. Overall cozy apartment with zero tolerance for discrimination. We're therefore looking for a mindful person.
We have to move out by the end of June which is why I already started packing - my bed has already been dismantled and I have some boxes in the corner but the room is big enough and still cozy, it won't be in your way or make the room uncomfy.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Hermannplatz und Boddinstr., also nahe den sehr beliebten Weser-, Schiller- und Reuterkiezen. Supermärkte, Späti, U-Bahn, Bus, Hasenheide (Park) im Radius von 500 Metern. In der Nähe ist noch der Tempelhofer Feld und der Kanal (15 Min zu Fuß)

The apartment is located between Hermannplatz and Boddinstr., hence very close to the very popular "Weser-, Schiller- and Reuter" areas. Supermarkets, Späti, subway, bus, Hasenheide (park) are within a radius of 500 meters. Nearby is the Tempelhofer Feld and the canal (15 min walk)
Wir sind eine 2-er WG, beide FLINTA* identifizierend, meine Mitbewohnerin Marea ist Argentinierin. In der WG wird englisch geredet, deutsch ist aber auch ok. Die Wohnung wird insbesondere nach dem Kochen oder der Benutzung der restlichen Gemeinschaftsräume sauber und aufgeräumt hinterlassen. Wir suchen daher eine saubere und ordentliche Person :)

We are a flat share of 2, both FLINTA* identifying, my roommate Marea is Argentinian. We speak English but German is also ok. The apartment always remains clean and tidy, especially after cooking or using the other communal areas. We are therefore looking for a mindful and clean person :)
