The room will be free for 3 months.
It's a cozy room in the back of the flat, a bit further away from the other rooms. Therefore, it's super quiet and private. The view is into the backyard and the windowsill is perfect to sit on, drink a coffee, and watch the squirrel that lives in the trees in front of the window.
Another great thing about the room is that it has its own small hallway in front (so basically the room you'd rent consists of the actual room and another smaller longish room in front which is perfect for storing things or using it as a walk-in closet).
The room is mostly unfurnished but comes with a shelf in the corridor in front.
The flat is in the Weserstraße in Neukölln. While the area around the flat is rather quiet, a few walking minutes (or for some places just seconds) away there are several great bars, cafés, and second-hand shops. It's a lovely area, close to the Maybachufer, Kreuzberg and the Tempelhofer Feld isn't too far away either. All kinds of supermarkets, take-away shops, restaurants and clothings shops (such as h&m) are within walking distance.
You will live with 2 roommates. One of them will be Elle (29) who will do an internship as a delivery nurse in Berlin. She likes surfing, doing yoga, going to demonstrations, and reading (about feminism, sociology, and sustainability).
Since my other roommate recently moved out as well, one of the other rooms is currently also free. Therefore, it is your choice if the WG will be a "Zweck-WG", or if you'd like to spend time together as well :). But we do try to find future tenants that will likely get along well!
