Du hast deinen eigenen Zugang zur Wohnung und ein eigenes WC-Zimmer. Badezimmer, Küche, 2 Wohnzimmer und der zweite Balkon werden geteilt :)

Einkaufen lässt sich im Aldi (5min zu fuß) oder im Hermannquartier am S-Bahnhof Hermannstraße. Hier gibt es Apotheken, einen dm, Netto, Rewe, Sparkasse, etc.

Du wohnst zusammen mit meinem Mitbewohner Kiril. Er ist 30 Jahre alt, wohne im Ostflügel der Wohnung und schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit.
Seine Hobbies sind Gitarre spielen, Skateboard fahren, Yoga, Bouldern, Sport, Programmkino, Reisen, Bars, Feiern, Festivals, mit Freunden treffen, Lesen, kochen und Aperol Spritz oder Powerade trinken.
Er ist ein offener und entspannter Typ, der für alles und nichts zu haben ist. Grillen auf dem gemeinsamen Balkon, WG-Party, Bierchen / Picknick auf dem Feld, Wein im Wohni, Karten oder Schach spielen, Ausflüge.
Er kommt wirklich mit allem klar und mag ein verständnisvolles Miteinander und einen respektvollen Umgang.

He is an open and relaxed person, up for anything and everything. Whether it's grilling on the shared balcony, having a flatmate party, enjoying beers/picnics in the field, having wine in the living room, playing cards or chess, or going on outings.

We have a washing machine, hot water, dishwasher, microwave and a bicycle cellar in the courtyard to lock your bike safely.
