Zwar etwas kurzfristig aber vielleicht passt es: Bei uns wird vom 18.03. bis 04.07.2024 ein schönes, helles Zimmer frei. Mit inkludiert in die Miete ist außerdem ein kleines Gästezimmer, welches du in Absprache mit Max, deinem Mitbewohner, nutzen kannst. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Max ist einer der liebsten Menschen den ich kenne, arbeitet vollzeit als Ingenieur in einem Betrieb in der Nähe und zieht auch ganz gerne mal ne Nacht durch die Kneipen im Kiez.
Ich habe vor kurzem mein PhD in Salzburg begonnen, werde aber für Forschung (und weil mein Lebensmittelpunkt Berlin ist) immer mal wieder in der Stadt sein und (gegen Bezahlung und in Absprache mit euch) im Gästezimmer unterkommen.
A bit short notice but maybe it fits: We have a nice, bright room available from 18.03. to 04.07.2024. The rent also includes a small guest room, which you can use in consultation with Max, your flatmate. There is also a large bathroom with a window and bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. Max is one of the nicest people I know, works full-time as an engineer in a nearby company and also likes to go out for a night in the bars of our kiez.
I recently started my PhD in Salzburg, but will be in the city from time to time for research (and because Berlin is the centre of my life) and will stay in the guest room (paying rent and in consultation with you).
