basics:
the room is in an international FLINTA wg with 7 bedrooms (one will be yours), 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The duration of the stay is from april 2nd to april 30th as the entire wg contract ends on the 30th. The rent listed (465€) is the warm rent. Also please note one of our flatmates has a cat! :) The building is directly in front of the station U rathaus neukölln and a few minute walk from multiple bus stations. The furniture pictured (closet, desk and chair, couches and mattress) will be left behind and you can use them! I will take the posters and art off the walls and I will also take the duvet and bed covers. The heater is attatched to wall behind the couch and works very well to heat up the room. Because we are 7 people, there are also 2 washing machines, 1 in each bathroom.
daily living:
everyone in the flat generally does their own thing however everyone is very kind and are happy to sometimes sit to talk and eat together. we have a cleaning schedule that everyone is a part of and can give suggestions to if anyone has a problem or will be away for a period of time and needs someone else to take over for that week. We also share things like dishes and cutlery and laundry hangers, though if you would like to have your things to yourself you can always just keep them seperatly.
