Hallo, ich bin Julian ,34 Jahre alt, aus Kanada.
Ich bin im März in einen neuen Wohnung am Hermannplatz umgezogen. Ich wohne hier alleine, also wir würden zusammen ein 2Person WG sein. Leider ist hier kein Anmeldung möglich.
Ich arbeite manchmals zuhause, und manchmals woanders. Koche viel. Schaue gern Filme auf den Beamer. Macht gern Sport , tischtennis, jogging, bouldern . Tags und Abends habe ich mehrmals in der Woche freunde vorbei, fürs Coworking, oder Abendessen/Film/kartenspiel/sonst.
Was noch.. mm ich mag ein Sauberes Wohnung. Kein Rauchen in den Zimmern, sondern auf dem Balkon.
Am 1st Mai kommt meine guter Freundin die zieht ein. Alora, ich habe von 1.04 bis 30.04 einen freien Zimmern.
Die miete is 600€ warm auch mit Internet, Kaution 600€.
Wenn du das Zimmer sehen willst... können wir ein Termine am Montag 25.03 oder Dienstag 26.03 vereinbaren.
Du kannst mir auf Englisch oder Deutsch schreiben. Bin englisch muttersprachler, aber schreib hier auf deutsch ein bisschen zu üben.

Was kommt mit dem Zimmer? Ein gute Mattrasse 140cm auf dem boden. kein anderen möbel. Aber gibts privat balkon.
