The apartment is 115 sq m, penthouse with private access to rooftop, atrium patio,includes two bathrooms, underfloor heating, high ceilings, keller. We will be the first tenants to occupy the apartment.
We think it's in the best neighbourhood in Berlin!
About your room:
Large room with skylight and east facing window. About 20 sq m. Very quiet as it's on the 6th floor. Air conditioner, underfloor heating control.
Rent is 1200 (incl electricity internet all utilities)

We are two good friends with an active lifestyle.
We like to host dinner parties, travel, cook and laugh together. Regularly we bike, run, climb.
We are a biochemistry PhD candidate and model from Norway, the other works in academic technology consulting from Canada.
