Hey hallo,
Wir gründen gerade eine WG neu und sind ganz aufgeregt!
Dafür suchen wir eine Person, die mit uns wohnen möchte. Wir kommen alle aus ZweckWGs und haben darauf garkein Bock mehr - auch nicht für eine Zwischenmiete. Deshalb bitte nur schreiben, wenn du auch Lust hast mit uns rumzuhängen und so:) Wir sind alle sehr sauber und freuen uns auf jemand für den das auch ne prio ist.
Die Wohnung ist eine frisch renovierte Altbau-Wohnung und hat helle Zimmer (sogar mit Stuck :D ). Es gibt auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Loggia. Allgemein ist die Wohnung noch weitestgehend unmöbliert, die Basics können wir aber stellen, falls du nichts hast! Die ersten Monate werden aber bestimmt geprägt sein von zusammen Krams von ebay abholen und Eis essen auf dem Boden und Lampenschirme selber basteln und so. Anmeldung ist vorerst nicht möglich.
Dein Zimmer hat 9qm und dazu kannst du noch die Abstellkammer haben, zum Beispiel als begehbaren Kleiderschrank oder Tonstudio oder Chemielabor oder Terrarium für deinen Gecko. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Wintergarten und eine Küche, wo wir alle zusammen hoffentlich viel Zeit verbringen werden:)
Wir planen grade Freitag abend und samstag morgens eine Runde castings zu machen!

We are just starting a new flatshare, we are really looking forward to it and are also a bit excited. We are looking for a lovely person who would like to live with us.
We are all very tired of WG’s that feel like people are just living together because they want to save money. So if you do decide to write us, know that we are looking for a person who wants to spend time together (and also someone clean as this is also a priority for us).
The flat is a renovated flat in an old building and has bright rooms. (even with stucco :D ) There is also a large living room with a loggia. In general, the flat is still largely unfurnished, but we can provide the basics. Since the flat is unfurnished, the first months will probably consist of picking up stuff from ebay together and eating ice cream on the floor :D Registration is not possible for the first months.
Your room has 9 square metres and you can also get the cubby, for example for a walk-in closet or sound studio or chemical lab or terrarium for your gecko. Further there’s a big living room, a loggia and a kitchen where we hopefully spend a lot time in together :))
Die Wohnung ist in Neukölln nur ein paar Minuten von der U Grenzallee entfernt. So bist du auch schnell am Ring, wo man in alle Richtungen kommt. Körnerpark und Tempelhofer Feld sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen :)
The flat is in Neukölln, just a few minutes from U Grenzallee. So you are also quickly on the Ring, where you can get in all directions. Körnerpark and Tempelhofer Feld are just a few minutes away by bike :)
Bis jetzt sind wir zu dritt und mit dir dann zu viert. Wir sind Luzie, Johannes und Anuscha, zwischen 23 und 26 Jahren alt und recht munter in Berlin unterwegs. Wir studieren alle im Master und arbeiten noch irgendwie nebenher. Wir sind alle ganz klar links!
Wir gründen die WG, weil wir eine familiäre und aktive WG suchen und Lust auf sweete Menschen um uns herum haben. Wir würden gerne auch Lebensmittel teilen und planen gemütliche WG Abende :)
So far there are three of us and with you there will be four. We are Luzie, Johannes and Anuscha, between 23 and 26 years old and quite lively in Berlin. We're all studying in our Masters and somehow working on the side. We see ourselves as clearly part of the left on the political spectrum!
We're setting up the flat share because we're looking for a cosy and active flat share and want to be surrounded by sweet people. We would also like to share food and plan cosy evenings together :)
