Your future room is a super cozy space of 10 sqm. with a wooden structure, inclined ceiling, and a white brick wall which makes the environment really bright and welcoming. Its window faces the inner courtyard, allowing the entrance of the sun in the morning and, at the same time, avoiding the noise from Hermannstrasse which could be sometimes overwhelming.
The monthly rent is warm 565€ + 2,7€ of Internet.
The flat is located in the heart of Neukölln, 2 minutes walk away from the U8 (Leinestrasse) and 6 minutes by foot from S-bahn Ring (Hermannstrasse). Therefore, its connection is a priceless advantage.
Without any doubt, its closeness (3 minutes walking) toTempelhofer Feld is one of my favorite things so you can enjoy the beginning of summer in all its splendor. Likewise, in less than 10 minutes there are an Aldi, Rewe, Netto and Lidl.
Hermannstrasse is a lively area full of restaurants and cool bars so it´s difficult to get bored because there is always something going on.
This is a 10-person flatshare where everyone gets along with each other. We like hanging out in the kitchen, watching movies from time to time in the living room, going for walks (not the 10 of us at the same time tho), and making artistic plans such as clay days, flea markets, etc.
We also sometimes have flat dinners where everyone participates; we do BBQs, play games, go out together to a bar for some beers and pool, and even go out clubbing. However, at the same time, we have our privacy and intimacy within the house, and we of course respect each other times and boundaries, having honest, open, and respectful communication.
We all have different backgrounds and experiences which means that for us, the most important thing, is that you are an open-minded, understanding, respectful, and easy-going person :)
