Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit hohen Decken und Stuck ganz in der nähe des Weser und Reuterkiezes. Und natürlich auch nicht weit weg vom Kanal.

Tja, der wahrscheinlich einzige Nachteil dieser Wohnung, ich wohne auch dort:—)
Kann zwar jeder von sich behaupten, aber ich bin zwar oll aber cool.
Ich wünsche mir eine/ Mitbewohner/in, der die empathisch ist, wirklich nur auf dem Balkon raucht und Interesse an einem Miteinander hat. Über die Zeitraum können wir reden, wenn das Leben harmonisch verläuft, aus gutem Grund möchte ich aber zunächst nichts unbefristetes vereinbaren.
Auch über den Preis lasse ich mit mir reden. Wenn Dein Budget die 600 nicht hergibt, Du aber gerne einziehen würdest und das passen könnte, gehe ich auch was runter. Ich will halt nen harmonisches Leben, Stress hab ich im Büro genug. Auch wenn 600€ fair sind.
