Hi,
da ich Ende Januar für 3 Wochen im Urlaub bin würde ich gerne mein Zimmer an eine liebe, ruhige und zuverlässige Person vermieten. Die Miete bezieht sich auf die drei Wochen.
Es es mir sehr wichtig, dass sich an eine Ruhezeit zwischen 22-6 Uhr gehalten wird. D. H. Wir sind alle Berufstätig und brauchen unsere Ruhe am Abend, keine Parties etc.
Mein Zimmer hat viele schöne grüne Pflanzen und viel Platz zum Leben und Schlafen.
Unsere Küche ist ganz neu mit allem was man braucht.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Sowie verfügen wir über eine Wohnküche mit Couch und Esstisch.
Meine Mitbewohner sind auch extrem umgänglich, hilfsbereit, entspannt und aufgeschlossen. Einen dirketen Putzplan gibt es nicht, jeder macht sein Zeug weg oder hilft auch mal beim anderen. Ein gesundes Nehmen und Geben ist bei uns an der Tagesordung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S/U Bahnhof Neukölln, wir haben einen Späti gegenüber und auch sonst ist alles notwendige nur wenige Meter entfernt. (Supermarkt REAL/ALDI (Neuköllner Tor)
Ubahn linie U7, sowie S8 S41 S42 S46

Hello!
Our beautiful, large 30square meters room is free for three weeks. In the apartment is everything you need, the roommates are very nice and the location is very good. The flat is directly at S-/U-Bahn Neukölln. If you want to come 2 days earlier oder later or you need it a few days longer we will find a way! I am looking for a quite and trustful person which respects the sleeping time of each between 22-6 as we all working hard in our daily life.
