Inklusiv zu dem Zimmer bekommt man die Möglichkeit sich jeden Morgen und Abend ein wenig sportlich zu betätigen, denn das Bett befindet sich auf einer zweiten eingebauten Ebene.
Unten im Zimmer bieten ein Schreibtisch, Ein Schrank und eine Kommode, genügend Platz für deine Dinge. Mehr Wohnraum steht dir in unserem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer und der Küche zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 66 m2 groß. Große Fenster sorgen für viel Tageslicht und durch die gute Schallisolierung bekommt man von der Außenwelt nicht viel mit. Von unserem Balkon kann man allerdings den Kontakt zur Außenwelt herstellen.

With the room you get the possibility to do some sports every morning and evening, because the bed is located in a second level in the room.
Downstairs, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide enough space for your things. Our livining room and the kitchen give you more housing space. In total the flat is about 66m2. Our big windows provide a lot of daylight and they have a good acoustic insulation too, so you don't have to be worry about outside noices.
To get in contact with the outside world you can use our balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln und ist 5 Min von den Haltestellen Leinestraße und Hermannstraße entfernt. Durch die U8 und die Ringbahn ist man sehr gut angebunden.
Die nächsten Möglichkeiten, um sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken sind Netto, Kaiser und Aldi. Auch für Kochfaule bietet die Gegend genügend Möglichkeiten satt zu werden. Vietnamesische Suppe, Indisches Curry, Gemüsedöner und Pizza liegen quasi vor der Haustür.
5 Min entfernt ist das Tempelhoferfeld, welches zum Sport und zum Grillen einläd. Auch der Schillerkiez lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen und es lassen sich dort einige nette Bars finden.

The flat is located in Neukölln. The subwaystations Leinenstr. and Hermannstraße are reachable in 5 Min. The U8 and the S-Bahn (Ringbahn) afford a good connection.
The next possibilities for buying groceries are Netto, Kaiser and Aldi. If you don't like cooking so much, you don't have to be worry about food. Restaurants with Vietnamese soup, Indian curry, kebab and pizza are almost infront of the street door.
Also close by is the former airport Tempelhof, which is now a park and offers possibilities to do sports, to hang out and to do barbecue. You will find some nice bars and pubs in the Schillerkiez, which is in walking distance too.
