ich bin Jenn, Kostümbildnerin und vermiete für 1 Monat (+/-) paar Tage, ein riesengroßes Zimmer in Berlin. Auch perfekt als Paar (mit Aufpreis).
Hier steht auch ein E-Piono und Gitarre, falls ihr Musik machen wollt. Auch ein analoges Piano - was aber noch gestimmt werden muss.

Maybachufer ist sehr idyllisch und trotzdem zentral. In der Nähe ist der Kanal. Du kannst entspannt am Wasser spazieren gehen, Schwäne beobachten und entspannen.
Viele junge Menschen, Nightlife und kleine Shops sind dort zu finden.
Aber auch für den täglichen Einkauf ist alles in der Nähe:
LIDL; ALDI; EDEKA ~ 1min zu FUß entfernt.
Internationaler Markt 7 min zu Fuß; 3x die Woche + Flohamrkt, jeder zweiter Sonntag ~ 1 min Fußweg
2min zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.
Clubs, wie Charlet, Club der Viosionäre, Badeschiff, Loftushall, BERGHAIN, auch in 2 und 15 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Maybachufer is very intersting and nice place, close to a canal. Its very nice to walk here, to observe the swans and to relax. Around here are international and nice people to expect.
The Flat is super central.
3 diffrent foodstores reachable1 min walk
International market with much offer of vegetables and more for really cheap 7 min by walk
It's a quiet street, but around are everywhere bars and co!
CLUBS like Charlet, Club der Viosionäre, Badeschiff, Loftushall, BERGHAIN, etc are between 1 mins and 15min by bike.
The public traffic: bus 2 min / Metrostation 7 min

Shar und Andre leben hier mit euch und ein kleiner sehr freundlicher schmusbedürftiger Hund :)
Shar ist Tanzartist und Performerin. Andre ist professioneller Musiker.
Wir sind natürlich super offen und freuen uns auf euren Besuch, jedoch gehen wir auch unserer täglichen Arbeit nach.
Wir teilen gerne unseren gemeinsamen Space mit Menschen, die nett, verantwortungsvoll und sauber sind.
