Heyho! Ich gehe im Januar für ein Erasmus-Semester nach Paris und suche nette Pariser, die zur selben Zeit einen Aufenthalt in Berlin planen und ihr WG-Zimmer tauschen wollen! Das Zimmer ist wie die Wohnung voll möbliert und verfügt über einen Balkonausgang. Ich denke die Fotos dürften das Zimmer besser beschreiben, als ich es je könnte.
Bonjour! Since I'm leaving for Paris in January I am looking for a nice Parisien who would like to swap rooms! As the whole flat the room ist fully furnished and it is the room with the balcony. I think the pictures present the room better than I am capable of.
Die Lage ist eine angenehme Mischung aus hip-authentisch-bequem. Die Wohnung befindet sich im südlichen Teil von Neukölln in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ubahnhofs Grenzalle (U7) in der Karl-Marx-Straße. Der S-Bahnhof Neukölln (Ringbahn) ist in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unter anderem dort befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Aldi/Real/Rossmann). Spätis sind überall. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt, ist es hier aber auch nachts ruhig.
The area is a good mix of hip-genuine-comfy. The flat is situated in the south of the popular district of Neukölln close to the Underground station Grenzalle (U7) in Karl-Marx-Allee. The train station Neukölln is only4-5 foot minutes away and it is among others there where you can do your shopping. We also have lots of nght shops. The flat is in the rear house so it is quiet, at night as well, and the athmosphere is peaceful.
Wir suchen jemanden der weltoffen, ordentlich und entspannt ist. Deine Mitbewohnerin (Jette, 20) studiert wie ich Medizin, ist sehr nett und easy und ist vor allem am Wochenende wenig zu Hause anzutreffen. Aber den persönlichen Teil klären wir am besten so
We are looking for someone openminded, tidy and relaxed. Your roomie will be Jette (20) is also in med school , very kind, easy to get along with and is rarely at home on weekends. I suggest that we settle the personal part via Skype
