The room is fairly large with ~40m² and a high ceiling.
It is fully furnished with 2 larger dressers, a wall cupboard, 2 desks, 2 armchairs and a large corner couch with a loft bed above (2x3m level).
Internet and landline connection are available in the room.
Furthermore there is a piano that would like to be played and a bookshelf that likes to be filled.
The apartment is in the building in the back. You will be surprised how quiet is is when you step inside from the somewhat louder Sonnenallee (nights are also quiet here).
We have a small terrace where it is possible to cultivate, at the moment we have a compost and some herbs for cooking.
Neukölln is a beautiful place around the Sonnenallee, you can find everything you need close by. Späti next door, Netto, Lidl, Rewe are accessibler in about 5 min.
2min to the next bus station, 10min to the S-bahn Sonnenallee(Ring) or U-bahn Karl-Marx-Straße.
It takes about 10 min with the bus to get to Hermannplatz where more stores and restaurants are to be found. The park Hasenheide is perfect for a stroll and the Tempelhofer Feld, an old airfield behind the park, offers a wide area for boarders, bikers, surfers, skaters and chillaxers.
My flatmate and best friend Jeremy (31) is a very cordial and relaxed guy. He speaks fluent german and english with roots from abroad. His work times are typically from 6pm-3am in the Spielbank Berlin.
He's a very sociable person but also likes to retreat or is gone for a few days with/visiting friends or family. Easy to care for und uncomplicated makes him easy to live with. He is also cleanly :)
Smoking is in general outside on the terrace and we have a cleaning schedule but you can reconstruct it with him if you wish, up to you. Important is only that the apartment is kept clean.
Because we have older neighbors above us we should stick to the rest times mo-fr (1-3pm) and in the evening after 10pm.
We have a large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, gas stove, large fridge, table and a small couch to relax on.
Just write an email on your opinion, what you find important for us to know about yourself, on any questions you have.
Important for me is that you are neither a messy nor a cleaning devil :)
Since it's only for 6 months I'm not expecting any long storylike texts (don't like those all too much) :D
