Beautiful bright and room with balcony in apartment located right next to wildenbruchplatz and the Canal walk bridge. Nice sunset on the balcony looking onto tons of green on a park, and other windows face onto the canal. A corner room. Gets sunrises and sunsets.
The room has an empty 2m x 3m floor space--there is no sofa, but is probably ideal for people who want to do yoga or meditation, or just general open. There is a little stairway to the upper loftbed for sleeping. The small room below will be unusable.
Cafe is downstairs, there is a market over the walkbridge that is open until 11pm monday through saturday, and
neighborhood is generally quiet. Bar scene is great, as weserstrasse is 3 min walk away... Sonnenallee and karl-marx strasse are 5 -10 walk away, and stadtbad neukölln is 5 minutes down the street if you are interested in sauna or swimming in the swim hall. Eating possibilities are generally located on sonnenallee.
Room is generally quiet, but on warm evenings people are out, so you can hear a bit of it and notice it late evening. A really amazing location.
