Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in auf Zeit für mein gemütliches Heim in Neukölln. Das Ganze wäre zunächst für 3 Monate mit der Möglichkeit der Verlängerung! Die Wohnung wurde gerade erst frisch renoviert und saniert, somit ist alles neu und sauber ;)! Das ca. 17qm große Zimmer liegt ruhig zur Isarstrasse hin und ist bereits teilmöbiliert. Es ist sehr hell und durch die recht großen Fenster kommt zur Mittagszeit viel Licht hinein. Da es sich um ein Dachgeschoss handelt schaut man sozusagen direkt auf die Wolken. Sonst besteht die Wohnung aus einer riesigen Wohnküche mit neuer Einbauküche und Spülmachine (purer Luxus wie ich finde ;)). Außerdem gibt es einen recht großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer Berlins. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne und Dusche sowie Waschmaschine. Aber Achtung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im offiziell 5. Geschoss (meiner Meinung nach aber 6. Etage haha) des Gebäudes und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Du solltest also bereit sein jedes Mal Mount Everest zu erklimmen um zu Hause anzukommen! :)

I am looking for a flatmate for my cosy apartment in Neukölln. I am looking for someone to move in for 3 months with a possibility for extension. I am currently still in the process of renovating and moving rooms. Your room would be around 17m2 and is located towards the relatively calm Isarstrasse. So far its partly furnished, but obviously this can be adjusted to suit your needs etc. It is a very light room and due to the fact that the apartment is located on the top floor, there is always plenty of sun coming through the relatively big windows. From the attic you can basically watch the sky and clouds before falling asleep ;) Apart from that, the apartment consists of a huge living room with a newly built in kitchen and a dishwasher (pure luxury if you ask me). Moreover, the second room has a pretty big balcony with a nice view over the rooftops of Berlin. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub so not much more one could need :) but beware: As I mentioned the apartment is located on the top floor which is officially the 5th floor (however I am convinced it is the 6th) so if you really wanna move in you would have to be prepared to climb Mount Everest every time before getting home! :)
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach Ideal. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung zur U Rathaus Neukölln (2 Min) mit Anbindung zur U7 und auch die Boddinstraße (U8) ist nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem fährt der Bus 104 ums Eck, also hat man es nicht weit zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Direkt ums Eck sind auch die Neukölln Arkaden mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem riesigen Kaufland, sowie Lidl und viele Restaurants und Imbissbuden auf der Karl-Marx-Straße und Sonnenallee. Es ist also immer was los, dennoch ist die Isarstrasse sehr schön ruhig gelegen, so dass man sich vom ganzen Trubel auch ab und an erholen kann.
The location of the apartment is quite ideal in my opinion. You are only two minutes away from the metro station Rathaus Neukölln (U7) and the Boddinstraße (U8) is also just about 5 minutes of a walk. There are also plenty of Bus connections around the corner so whereever you need to go around the city, you will find a way! In terms of shopping, you can find the Neukölln Arcaden just around the corner with plenty of shops to choose from and the supermarkets Kaufland and Lidl. Furthermore, there is plenty of restaurants on Karl-Marx-Straße and Sonnenallee if you are not in the mood for cooking. There is lots of hassle around the area, but thankfully the apartment on Isarstrasse is located in a calm street so you can relax once in while as well.
Kurz zu meiner Person: Ich bin 32, berufstätig und versuche das Leben an sich nicht so ernst zu nehmen und bin recht sozial. Vor meinem Umzug nach Berlin habe ich die letzten Jahre viel auf Reisen und im Ausland verbracht, daher freue ich mich sehr darüber hier mein eigenes Nest zu haben. Dementsprechend suche ich auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, sondern jemanden, der/die Bock auf ein geselliges Zusammenleben in Form von ab und an gemeinsam Kochen oder Lust auf mal was zusammen unternehmen / gemeinsam kreativ sein hat. Schreibt mir doch einfach ein paar Worte zu euch und wenn es passt, lade ich euch dann ganz bald mal zum Kennenlernen auf ein Kaltgetränk bei mir in die Bude ein!
A little bit about myself: I am 32, working full-time and a person that tries not too take life too seriously and is always up for social activities. I've spent the last years travelling a lot and living in a few different countries (Australia, Spain and the UK) before so I am quite happy to have found a comfy nest in Berlin for a while ;) (Until the travel bug hits me again...) Anyways, I am definitely looking for someone who is also up for cooking together or having a beer/wine once in a while. I am also out a lot so we dont have to spend all day together, but ideally I wouldnt want us to avoid each other either haha ;) I dont have any concrete perceptions of who or what you should be, I'd rather be surprised! So just write me a little bit about yourself if you are interested and I am happy to invite you to the place within the next few days or next week so we can meet each other!
