I'm looking for a person to sublet one room in my apartment from 1.Feb.2024 to 30.April.2024 for a super sunny and beautiful room in my rooftop apartment.
The apartment has a modern kitchen and a bathroom. The room is super bright and very cozy and clean. It is provided with a bed, a Smart TV, a couch, and some basics.
You will have access to a wonderful rooftop terrace by stepping through the Window :)
PS: I won't be in the apartment for this time, so, it's likely that you live in the whole apartment alone (Which has two other rooms), or in case I sublet one of the other rooms, you will live with one another person. The rent for the other room is 690 Euro, and for the entire apartment (both rooms + huge living room) 1490 euro per month.
The apartment is located in one of the best parts of Kreuzkölln; a wonderful location near bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and only steps away from bus station (pflügerstr) and metro (Hermannplatz).
The apartment is located on the bank of famous MAYBACHUFER, with its very popular weekly markets and flea-market.
