Liebe Leute,
da ich im April unterwegs sein werde, wird mein gemütliches, ruhiges und helles Zimmer in einer riesigen Altbauwohnung in Neukölln zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Es hat ein großes Bettsofa, Bücherregal und Schreibtisch.
Die Küche ist groß und voll ausgestattet und das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Die Kosten beziehen sich auf einen Monat. Der Zeitraum ist etwas flexibel, d.h. du könntest bei Bedarf auch ein paar Tage länger oder kürzer bleiben.
Die WG liegt mitten in Neukölln, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof und ist somit sowieso ganz ruhig... U7 und S-Bahn und die M41 sind schnell erreichbar.
Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein sehr schönes italienisches Café und zahlreiche Restaurants um die Ecke. Auch viele Parks erreichst du schnell, und das gemütliche Alt-Rixdorf ist auch nahbei. Es lebt sich hier wirklich entspannt aber mit vielen Möglichkeiten!
Du wohnst mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner, der seine Philosophie-Masterarbeit schreibt, aber in der Zeit auch zwei Wochen weg sein wird und untervermietet. Ab und zu werde ich auch ein paar Tage da sein (in meinem kleinen Schlafzimmer).
Bitte beachte, dass wir hier keine "Party-WG" sind, sondern es eher ruhig und gemütlich haben. Jeder lebt hier sein eigenes Leben, aber man trifft sich gern auch mal in der Küche und tauscht sich aus.
Schreib mir gern kurz über dich und sag mir gleich, ob und wann du in der nächsten Woche vorbeikommen könntest zum Anschauen oder wir uns per Skype verabreden könnten. Ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht!

As I am travelling April, my cozy and quiet furnished room in a huge flat in Neukölln will be free for a few weeks. In the room you find a big bed-sofa, desk and windows to the quiet backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and the bathroom has a bath tub.
My flatmate is writing his master thesis in philosophy and works as a language teacher. He will also be travelling a for two weeks as well and sublet his room during this time. I will also be in the flat from time to time (in my small sleeping room).
Please be aware that we are not a "party-flat", but rather a place for people who seek a more quiet and relaxed time, who are happy to meet for a chat in the kitchen, but basically live their own lives.
The flat is in the middle of Neukölln, with cute cafes and restaurants nearby, many parks in walking distance and a relaxed but lively flair.
The rent refers to one month. You could stay the whole four weeks, or if needed some days longer or shorter - I am a bit flexible.
Please write me shortly about yourself and also if you find time to vistit the flat in the next week or when we can meet for a Skype call...
