März. Die Wohnung wurde 2017 komplett renoviert. Sie hat enorm viel Potenzial, sich kreativ mit einzubringen, obwohl sie zum Teil schon schön eingerichtet ist. Du hast also die Möglichkeit der Wohnung noch mehr Charme zu geben! Die Wohnung ist mit einer modernen Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine plus Trockner und Mikrowelle) einem kleinen Esszimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt werden kann, sowie einem gefliesten Duschbad. (rent incl. electricity, heating, Internet, even a cleaning lady once a month) in a spacious, furnished flat that has completely been renovated in 2017. You can move in from march 10th. Since I've been living in the flat for less than a year, there is still a lot of potential for you to get involved in the creative process of interior designing in order to give the flat yet more charm. The flat is equipped with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine incl. tumbledryer, microwave oven, big fridge and freezer, coffee machine, stove and oven,...), a dining room (we can still decide if we can put that room to a different use), a modern bath room with a shower. The flat is ideal for students as well as for working people.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Richardkiez in Rixdorf (alter Name der eigenständigen Stadt Neukölln, um 1200 von den Tempelrittern gegründet) gelegen. Mitten im lebendigen Neukölln und trotzdem ruhig wie in einem Dorf, Rixdorf eben. Eine ideale Wohngegend mit perfekter Anbindung an die komplette Bar-/Partyszene in Kreuzberg, Neukölln und Friedrichshain: U und S-Bahnhof Neukölln sowie S Sonnenallee sind in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Körnerpark ist auch nicht weit und sogar zum Tempelhofer Feld kommt man recht schnell.

The flat is located in the wonderful "Richardkiez" in Rixdorf (which is the old name of Neukölln, when it was still its own city, founded around 1200 by the templars) in the middle of the vivid area of Neukölln yet still calm as a village. It is an ideal area to live in with perfect connection via metro and S-Bahn which are in walking distance (5 minutes). The beautiful Körnerpark is close by and even the "Tempelhofer Feld" (which used to be an airport and now is a gigantic park) is not far.

Du bist: locker, offen, tolerant und akzeptant allen Lebewesen gegenüber, unabhängig von Herkunft, Hautfarbe, Religion, sexueller Orientierung, gender, usw. Bist warmherzig und nimmst dich nicht viel zu ernst? Bist ordentlich und sauber und hast Sinn für Humor? Gehst gerne mal auf die ein oder andere Party aber machst nicht jedes Wochenende die Wohnung zum Berghain? Du weißt, wie man eine Wohnung einigermaßen sauber und am Laufen hält und hast WG-Erfahrung? Dann meld dich gerne und wir vereinbaren ein entspanntes Kennenlerngespräch. Ich bin in Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen und Lehrer an einem Gymnasium in Kreuzberg und glaube, dass ich als Mitbewohner extrem OK bin ;) Ich bin unter der Woche viel am Arbeiten, Sport machen, Unterricht vorbereiten und am Wochenende viel mit Freunden unterwegs. You like to go out from time to time but don't turn the flat into Berghain every weekend? I was born and raised in Berlin and work as a teacher at a Gymnasium (middle- and high school) in Berlin-Kreuzberg and I think that I'm pretty OK as a flat mate ;) During the week I work a lot and do lots of sports.
