Helle, ruhige und superschöne Dachgeschosswohnung in Neukölln mit Balkon (3 Zimmer, 87 m², Nähe Hermannplatz, ca. 590 € monatl. warm inkl. Internet/GEZ/allem). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, sehr ruhig, in sehr gutem Zustand und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt ein loftartiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit direkt angeschlossener Küche.
Das freie Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert und ca. 22 m² groß. Die Möbel können, müssen aber nicht genutzt werden für Januar und Februar. Anfang März kommen die meisten Möbel raus, weil mein Mitbewohner, der grad im Urlaub ist, dann auszieht. Das heißt, du hättest erst ein komplett möbliertes Zimmer bis Ende Februar, und dann wäre es nur teilmöbliert.
Es geht um um eine Zwischenmiete, erstmal bis Ende April, evtl. auch länger.

The apartment is approximately 87 sqm in total and features a big kitchen/living room area which is shared with one flatmate.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe vom Hermannplatz. Die Stationen Hermannplatz und Boddinstraße (U8) sind beide in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks (Tempelhofer Feld und Hasenheide) sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Right in the middle of Neuköllns busiest area (3 min to U Boddinstrasse, 5 min to U Hermannplatz) but still very quite thanks to the apartment being located in the 5th/top floor.
Mein Mitbewohner ist verreist und zieht dann Anfang März aus. Mit meinem alten Mitbewohner war es sehr entspannt. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Rhythmus. Manchmal haben wir zusammen gekocht oder sind mal zusammen los in eine der Bars um die Ecke.
Ich interessiere mich für Politik, Bildung, Sport und alle möglichen Dinge, über die man sich gut austauschen kann. Ich freue mich auf ne entspannte WG, eine*n sympathische*n Mitbewohne*in und eine gesunde Mischung zwischen gemeinsamen Wohnen und "Jede*r macht sein Ding".
