Bright, spacious veg flat with 2 cats

Hi! We're looking for somebody to start a new shared flat with. It's free for the month of January or maybe longer if everything works out. We are moving in to the flat on january as well so we don't have any furnitures yet. We can borrow you a mattress and a shelf for the first month though!

We have a flat in Neukölln, 10 minutes walk from S bahn sonnenallee. The rent is 370€ plus internet, electricity and possible warming cost, we don't know the exact amount yet but guessing around 30€ per month. It might seem a lot for the area, until you see it:)

The apartment is quite new (neubau), cozy and not fancy. The area is calm, there are parks around, lots of green and there's nice view from the windows. We have 3 rooms plus a living room, where one person (not you) would live. We would build a small wall/curtain to have some privacy. The kitchen is very spacious and good for hanging out and having dinners with friends. We also have a private garden :) 2 bathrooms, very good conditions, sunny.

We are all vegetarians or vegans (not the cats), we are all feminist and have left on political views, some are anarchist some are non-binary, some cis. We 3 have different points of interests like cycling, skating, yoga/meditation, traveling, DIY, couchsurfing, arts. Sometimes we all need some time for ourselves and watch series/movies alone, sometimes together.

We are looking for somebody who wants to have a communal WG and is used to share things. Easy-going, veg and have similar political views. You shouldn't be into diet culture, we don't want to hear about someone else's diet/weight-loss/how fat they feel. We also cannot have parties at the flat because of the neighbors, so you should be able to be moderate with noise.

We don't want to have huge 'castings' so we kindly ask you to write us a longish message so that we can have some kind of picture of you. Hints: Who you are, what do you do, what is your life situation, how old are you, what you like and how would you imagine your WG, if you have any particular needs/demands/aversions, and stuff, what have you been doing recently and what you want/hope to do, if you want you can say what is your music (not: 'I like music'). Also some important points we would like to know:

- why you want a new place
- how much do you party
- what's your philosophy or political views, or compatible
- how much cleanness is optimal for you
- do you have some extra skills and/or hobbies, like further languages spoken, cooking and so on
- are you a vegan, vegetarian, freegan or whatever is the label

We can consider renting it for short and long term, maybe even to a couple (for significantly more, of course). Unfortunately we can't accept pets.You should speak at least some English, plz try to write in EN.
