Es ist 14 m^2 groß, ruhig, voll möbliert (großes Bett, kleiner Schreibtisch, Komode etc.) und hat einen französischen Balkon. Tagsüber kommt immer viel Licht ins Zimmer und man hat einen schönen Blick auf einige Bäume.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Neukölln, 1 Minute Fußweg vom U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx Straße (U7) und 10 Minuten Fußweg vom S-Bahnhof Neukölln (Ringbahn) entfernt.
Auf der Karl-Marx Straße findet man alle Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und zu essen. Wir sind nicht weit von einigen Kinos, Restaurants und vielen Bars und Kneipen.
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt, ist es trotz der lauten Karl-Marx-Straße sehr ruhig.
Und wenn du doch mal ins Grüne willst, ist der Körnerpark 5 Minuten und das Tempelhofer Feld 10 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in central Neukölln, 1 minute by foot to U-Bahnhof Karl-Karl Marx Straße (U7) and 10 minutes to S-Bahnhof Neukölln (Ringbahn).
You finde everything for grocery shopping and to eat on the Karl-Marx-Str. We are close to several cinemas, restaurants and bars.
Wir wohnen in der Wg zu viert, da ich aber in den von Mitte Februar bis Mitte Mär unterwegs sein werde, werde ich mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Wir sind keine ZweckWg, verbringen gerne Abende zusammen, kochen gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen aus. Alles aber auch kein Muss.
Du wirst zusammen mit Annie, sie kommt aus Berlin und macht ein Praktikum grade, Kelvin, einem gestrandeten Südafrikaner/Australier, und noch einer dritten Person hier (die wir auch gerade suchen) wohnen.
Normally we are four people in the flat. I will be on travels from mid of february to mid of march, so I wanted to rent out my room.
We are living not just functional together, we like to spend time together, cooking or going out together. But you also don't have to.
You will live together with Annie, she is from Berlin and is doing an internship in the moment, Kelvin from Sothafrica/ Australia and a third person, we are looking right now for.
If you want to stay longer or if the dates didn't fit so well, we can definitely figure something out :)
