Hi there! Our flatmates are leaving for 6 months from April to September. We rent both rooms, a 19 m2 double room completely furnished and another 8 m2 room with furniture as well (the couch can be used as bed). Both rooms have large windows and thus, are really bright. They are located at the opposite site from the rest of the rooms in the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, entrance). Thus, it’s also very quiet.
The flat was renovated less than a year ago, everything is brand new. The kitchen is really large, and it has a 5 m2 beautiful terrace ideal for smokers and for having lunch in the fresh air in the summer. Ideally, we would be looking for a couple willing to take both rooms (our flatmates were using the small room as a studio and as a guest room), but we are open to suggestions! The price shown in the ad is for both rooms including all bills.

Hallo! Unsere Mitbewohner verlassen für 6 Monate das schöne Berlin (April - einschließlich September). Wir vermieten daher zwei komplett möbilierte Räume (19 qm und 8 qm - die Couch im kleineren Zimmer kann auch als Bett genutzt/umgebaut werden). Beide Räume sind dank großer Fenster sehr hell. Da sie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite von Küche, Eingangsbereich und Badezimmer liegen, sind sie auch sehr ruhig.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde erst im vergangenen Jahr renoviert (deswegen ist sie leider auch so teuer...). Die wirklich große Küche verfügt über einen 5qm großen Balkon, der im Sommer zum Frühstücken, Wein trinken und in der Sonne sitzen einlädt. Ansonsten kann hier natürlich auch geraucht werden.
Idealerweise suchen wir nach einer Person/zwei Personen, die beide Zimmer gemeinsam mietet/mieten. Unsere Mitbewohner nutzen das kleinere Zimmer derzeit als Arbeits- und Gästeraum, aber es sind natürlich auch anderen Nutzungen möglich (z.B. Wochenend-Kinderzimmer oder oder oder :)
Der Preis in der Anzeige ist für beide Zimmer zusammen inkl. aller Nebenkosten.
The apartment is located in the middle of Neukölln in the so called "Schillerkiez". It's in the rear house, thus it's very quiet. Within a walking distance of 5 minutes, you find a metro station, plenty of bars and restaurants, late night shops and of cause the "Tempelhofer Feld" (perfect place for picnic, jogging or just watching people doing wind skating and so on). Long story short: you'll find here everything you need and you can reach the city centre (Alexanderplatz) in less than 15 min.
Our neighbourhood is colourful. Families with kids, singles, single parents, long-time residents and students, young and old, people from Italy, Libanon, Turkey and elsewhere live here. All together that makes a beautiful mixture and melting pot of cultures and people.
****************************************************************************************************************************Die Wohnung ist im Schillerkiez zwischen Hermannstraße und Tempelhofer Feld gelegen. Dank Hinterhaus-Lage hört man keinen Straßenlärm. Im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten findest du Bars, Restaurants, diverse Supermärkte, Spätis und das Tempelhofer Feld (perfekt zum Joggen, Picknicken, Sonne genießen, Leute gucken).
Unsere Nachbarschaft ist genauso wie das Viertel: bunt! Hier leben junge Familien mit Kindern, Singles, Alleinerziehende, Alteingesessene, Menschen aus dem Libanon, Italien und anderswo. Insgesamt eine sehr bunte, schöne Mischung.
You would be sharing the flat with us, Meri (22) and Eloi (25). We‘re a laid-back and open-minded couple from Barcelona who moved to Berlin recently. Meri is working in a startup as a videographer. I have a minijob and I’m also undertaking a Master's in Climate Change. We love to cook and share food with our flatmates, we lead a eco-friendly lifestyle eating mostly vegetarian and biking everywhere.

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit uns, Meri (22) und Eloi (25). Wir sind kürzlich erst nach Berlin gezogen und genießen unser Leben hier sehr. Meri arbeitet in einem Star Up als Videodesignerin. Ich mache derzeit meinen Online-Master in Klimawandel und gehe nebenbei noch bisschen arbeiten. Wir kochen gern (hauptsächlich vegetarisch) und essen gemeinsam mit unseren Mitbewohnern, versuchen ein umweltbewusstes Leben zu führen und fahren viel Fahrrad. Alles in allem sind wir zwei entspannte und weltoffene Menschen :)
