We searching for an open and warmhearted person who is looking for a lovely WG central in Neukölln - very close to S/U Neukölln.
It’s a 17qm furnitured room in fully renovated, clean and cozy furnitured 80qm Altbau 3’er-WG:
The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a Couch, a working space with table and chair, big wardrobe, fast WLAN. The room is typical Berliner Altbau to the quite backyard.
Our kitchen has a new dishwasher, a big fridge/freezer and full equipped with a Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine microwave, toaster and interieur, vacuumer.
Bath full renovated with shower and bathtub, towel warmer and washing machine.
Our WG is located in a chilled neuköllner Kiez close to Richardkiez - a green area with cafes, icecream and restaurants.
The Braunschweigerstrasse connects the two big main roads Karl-Marx Strasse and Sonnenallee. You can reach Sonnenallee and Weserkiez & Maybachufer very short by bike.

Hey Leute,
unser lieber Freund wird flügge und zieht in eine eigene Wohnung. Wir suchen ab Anfang April einen netten Mitbewohner*in, der/die warmherzig und genauso offen ist wie wir.
Dein 17qm Zimmer ist in einer 80qm 3-Raum Altbau Wohnung direkt am Ring (S-Bahn/Ringbahn/U7), nur drei Minuten zur Station. (Direkte Verbindung zum BER- 20min)
Unsere WG ist vollkommen saniert und renoviert, mit hohen Wänden und Stuck und neuem Parkettboden. Wir sind sehr sauber und haben es hier sehr gemütlich und komfortabel hier :)
Dein Zimmer ist super ruhig, es liegt nach hinten zum Innenhof. Es ist renoviert und hat neues Parkett. Zu der Ausstattung gehört ein Sofa, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein großen Kleiderschrank. Das Fenster hat ein Rollo.
Unsere cozy Küche hat eine Einbauküche mit Herd, integrierten Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Dolce Gusto Kapsel Kaffeeautomat, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kücheninventar, Staubsauger und Wischzeug.
Modernes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, Handtuchwärmer, AEG Waschmaschine.
Der Kiez ist in der ruhigen Ecke Neukölln, nahe Richardplatz - eine sehr grüne Ecke mit Restaurants, wöchentlichem Markt und Cafés und Eisladen und Veganen Bioladen.
Die Braunschweigerstrasse verbindet die beiden großen Hauptstraßen in Neukölln, Sonnenallee und die Karl-Marxstrasse. Weserkiez/Maybachufer/Sonnenallee sind sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
