Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm groß und schön hell mit vielen Fenstern und einem Zugang zu einem Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, dazu gehören ein Bett, ein gemütliches Sofa, ein Schreibtisch, diverse Instrumente die mit benutzt werden dürfen(E-Bass,E-Gitarre, Akkustik Gitarre, Ukulele,..) eine Stereoanlage, Schallplattenspieler, eine große Kleiderstange.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne.

The flat is fully furnished with all you need, the kitchen is fully equipped, the sleeping room has a mattress where two people can sleep in.
i have a huge clothes rail (you can see in the pictures) which will be empty for you, so you can put your clothes at. Also i have two cozy couches, a stereo system and plenty books you can use! The bath has a tub ( a shower included) and a washing machine, and a lot of clean towels, which you can use as well!
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Körnerkiez in Neukölln. Der wunderschöne Körnerpark ist eine Gehminute entfernt und das Tempelhofer Feld ca 10minuten. Um die Ecke gibt es jede menge Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse, usw. Die Straße ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Zur U8, U7 und S-Hermannstraße und S-Neukölln braucht man jeweils ca.5 Minuten, man ist also sehr gut angebunden und kommt schnell überall hin. Netto, real, Kaisers, Aldi und Penny befinden sich unweit zu Fuß.

The neighborhood is quiet and nice, but has also some really cool Bars and Cafés, you can find the Körnerpark, which is one minute walking distance from the flat, The Tempelhofer Feld is 10 minutes walking distance.
You will find a lot of places to eat, cheap and delicious food, at Hermannstraße and Karl-Marx-Straße, which are right around the corner.
Supermarkets are also plenty to find very nearby.
The U8 Leinestraße, S-Hermannstraße and S-Neukölln are 5 minutes walking distance from the flat, from where you can access every part of Berlin fast and easily.

Mein Mitbewohner ist ein Filmwissenschaft-Student im Master und ist ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse.

eine letzte Sache: Du müsstest dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern solange ich weg bin, heißt: 2-3 mal die Woche gießen!
