Da ich aus meiner Wg ausziehe und in die neue Wohnung schon früher kann, vermiete ich mein altes Zimmer für die letzten zwei Wochen unter.
Für die Zeit lasse ich alle Möbel da und räume meine persönlichen Dinge raus. Was bleibt sind: ein Bett mit Matratze, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Spiegel und Kleiderstange. Auch einen kleinen französischen Balkon hat es. Über Bettwäsche kann man reden.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine wunderschöne geräumige Küche mit Sofa. Fach im Kühlschrank räume ich dir frei. Unsere Waschmaschine ist momentan leider kaputt, jedoch befindet sich (glücklicherweise) direkt unter der Wohnung ein ganz günstiger Waschsalon.

Because I am moving out of my flat and I can move into the new earlier than planned, I am renting my old room for the last two weeks.
For this time I leave all my furniture into the room and only remove my personal things, so what stays is: a bed with matress, commode, desk, mirror and a clothes rail. If you need bedclothes we can handle that.
Besides that the flat has a big kitchen with sofa. I will make some space for you in the fridge. Our washing machine is broken at the moment, but there is fortunately a cheap wash salon right under the flat in our street.

Die Lage ist mitten im Neuköllner Kiez, zwischen U8 Boddinstraße und U7 Rathaus Neukölln. Mit diesen beiden Linien ist man sehr gut angeschlossen und schnell im Zentrum Berlins. Das Schillerkiez mit etlichen Bars, Restaurants und Cafes ist nur 5 Minuten fußläufig, sowie der Tempelhofer Feld und Volkspark Hasenheide auch direkt um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist der beliebte Klunkerkranich in unserer Straße sowie die Neuköllner Arcaden, ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit allen möglichen Läden. Ein Penny direkt um die Ecke gibt es auch.
Es wird auf jeden Fall nicht langweilig in unserer Nachbarschaft!

The location is in the middle of Neukölln neighbourhood, between U8 Boddinstraße and U7 Rathaus Neukölln. With this two metro lines you are perfectly connected to the center of Berlin. The Schillerkiez with lots of Bars, Restaurants and Cafes is in 5 minutes walk away from the flat as well as the Tempelhofer Feld and Volkspark Hasenheide, two very big and beautiful parks. Also there is the roof bar Klunkerkranich in our street as well as the Neuköllner Arcaden, a big shopping center with lots of shopping possibilities. Also there is a Penny right next to the flat.
It won't get boring in our neighbourhood, promise!
You will share the flat with my two flatmates Leo (28) and Matthias (31), two nice and calm guys. The most time they are outside because they are both working, so you will sometimes feel that you have the flat for your own.
