Ich verreise, weshalb ich mein 20 m2 WG-Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln (Körnerkiez) vom 1.2.-29.2. untervermieten möchte.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 1,60 m breiten Doppelbett und zwei Sesseln ausgestattet - von dort aus können wunderbar Filme via Beamer gesehen werden. Das Babybett kann einfach als Nachttisch genutzt werden. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, der zum Esstisch umfunktioniert werden kann und einen Stehtisch.
Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, WLAN, schöne Holzdielen, ein bisschen Stuck - typisch Berliner Altbau eben.

I am subletting my 20m2 room in a 3-rooms-shared-flat from 1st of February until 29th of February in the heart of Neukölln.
You’ll find a nice furnished room with 1,60 m double-bed and easy chairs for watching movies via beamer. The baby bed can be used as bedside table and the desk can be used as dinner table. There is a tall table, too.
In the flat you’ll find everything you need - it is fully furnished, has WLAN, nice blanks and some stucco, which is typically beautiful for an Berliner old-building like this.
Von hier aus sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur U8 (Leinestraße) und 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn, darunter auch die Ringbahn 41/42 (Hermannstraße). Das wohl allertollste hier in der Gegend ist das Tempelhofer Feld, ein alter Flughafenplatz. Fahrradfahren, weit gucken können, Sonnenuntergänge, Urban gardening, 1-10 Bier trinken…alles möglich. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr international und lebendig, haufenweise Restaurants und Bars, sowie Parks wie der Körnerpark oder die Hasenheide. Kreuzberg ist dann auch nicht mehr weit.

We are very close to the station Hermannstraße (city train, e.g. Ringbahn 41/42) and Leinstraße (subway U8). As well as we are next to the wonderful Tempelhofer Feld where you can enjoy the wide view and nice sun sets every evening, ride your bike or just have a beer or ten. The neighborhood is very international and vivid, there is a range of different restaurants and bars and parks like Körnerpark or Hasenheide. Famous Kreuzberg is the next district.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Géraldine und kommt ursprünglich aus Wiesbaden. Sie arbeitet als Notärztin und Chirurgin, erfindet immer wieder neue Anlässe, um sauleckere Nussecken zu backen, liebt es in Asien zu reisen, spricht fließend Französisch und ist krass sozial (was vermutlich auf ihre 5 Geschwister zurückzuführen ist).
Im Zimmer meines Partners wird sein Bruder Lasse wohnen, er ist Werkzeugmechaniker und des öfteren auf Raves zu finden.

Géraldine lives with you, she works as a emergency doctor and surgeon, likes to bake nut wedges, loves to travel in Asia, speaks french fluently and is the most social person I know (5 siblings…).
In the room of my partner stays his brother Lasse. He is a tool mechanic and likes to go on raves.
