Extra nices Zimmer in super Lage mit toller Mitbewohnerin!

Moinsen. Mein Name ist Biggi. Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und auf der Suche nach einem neuen WG-Mitglied. Leider wird mein aktueller Mitbewohner bald ausziehen. Lucky you! Das Zimmer wird zum 01.11.18 frei. Möglicherweise auch früher. Zur WG und was mir wichtig ist. Jeder sollte sein eigenes Leben haben und unabhängig sein. Allerdings ist es sehr wichtig Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen, auch mal Interesse zu zeigen und zu akzeptieren wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Eine Party-WG findest du hier nicht! Wichtig ist mir ein entspanntes Umfeld in dem man sich vom stressigen Alltag erholen kann. Das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass ich nie das Haus verlasse. Zudem umgebe ich mich sehr gerne mit meinen Freunden, die ich gerne bei mir willkommen heiße.

Facts: kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen, fröhlich, ehrlich, zuverlässig, interessiert und sauber habe ich es gerne.

Was ich gerne tue: kommunizieren, lesen, essen, joggen, nähen, malen, Ausstellungen besuchen, Musik hören, Filme schauen, DIY-Projekte und ab und an feiern (ab auf die Tanze!). Gegen gelegentliches gemütliches beieinandersitzen, Kochen oder vergnügliche Runden ist somit nichts einzuwenden.

Du solltest berufstätig sein und somit mit beiden Beinen im Leben stehen. Sauberkeit ist für mich sehr wichtig und damit meine ich nicht, dass einmal im Monat ein wenig oberflächlich geputzt wird. Bist du zuverlässig, freundlich und aufgeschlossen? Dann scheibe mir doch einfach einige nette Worte zu dir und was du so machst.

Eine kleine zusätzliche Info zu den Bildern. Ich habe noch ein paar Bilder hinzugefügt, auf denen die alte und schönere Einrichtung zu sehen ist. So bekommt ihr einen besseren Eindruck vom Zimmer. Sorry Rich, solltest du das jetzt lesen ;).

Hello there. My name is Biggi. I´m 31 years old and searching for a new flatmate. Unfortunately my current one is moving out soon. Lucky you! The room will be free from 1st November 2018. Maybe earlier. First of all a few words about living in this flat and what is important for me. Everyone should be able to live their own life. But showing consideration and interest for each other is very important, as well as accepting if someone needs time on their own. This is no party zone but a relaxed place of retreat to recover from a difficult and stressful everyday life! This does not mean that I never leave the flat as I love to be with friends.

Facts: communicative, open, happy, honest, reliable, interested and I love the flat to be clean.

What I like: communication, good books, good food, go for a jog, paint, visit exhibitions, listening to music, watching films, DIY projects and sometimes to party. Sitting together, cooking or having a drink occasionally should not be a problem.

You should be employed and therefore have both feet on the ground. Cleanliness is very important for me. This means not just cleaning superficially once a month. If you are a reliable, happy and open person, just write me a few words about yourself and what you are doing with your life.

Important to mention. I added a few pics of how the room looked before because the arrangement of the furniture was nicer and you will get a better idea and view of the room. Rich if you read this; sorry dude ;)
