Hallo WG- Suchende,
bei uns in Neukölln wird für ein Zimmer frei, dieses ist unmöbliert, da die Wohnung zum Dezember leer gezogen wird. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und leer, ansonsten sind Küche und Bad voll ausgestattet.
Supermärkte, Cafés und Bars sind in Hülle und Fülle direkt vor der Haustür.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Boddinstraße zwischen den beiden Ubahn-Haltestellen Boddinstraße und Rathaus Neukölln unweit des Tempelhofes Feldes.
Zum Wg-Leben: Mit dir werden zwei liebevolle Franzosen zusammen in der Wohnung wohnen, die auch nur zur Zwischenmiete da sind. Da die Wohnung wie eingangs erwähnt, ab Dezember leer sein muss und an die ursprünglichen Hauptmieter übergeben wird.
Gregoire, ist Arichtekt, und wohnt seit Anfang Oktober bei uns, er bleibt mit dir bis Ende November. Dein zweiter Mitbewohner, Stanislas, zieht aus Frankreich nach Berlin und nutzt die Zwischenmiete, um einen Ort zu finden an dem er sich längerfristig niederlassen kann. Er wird am ersten Novemberwochenende einziehen.
