Drei Zimmer Wohnung in der Isar Straße in Neukölln. Zwei der Zimmer liegen zur Straße raus. Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß mit Dielen und Balkon. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Kostenpunkt 470 Euro all inclusive (Internet usw.). Das zweite Zimmer für ist alle und dient als Wohnzimmer zum Lesen, für Spielabende oder zum Arbeiten. Eine ausgestattete Küche und Bad gibt es selbstverständlich auch. In dem Zimmer zum Hof wohnen ich und mein Freund (zu uns gleich mehr unter WG leben ;-)).
Die WG ist recht ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen aber in der Nachbarschaft sind viele Bars und Cafes besonders in Richtung Maybach Ufer. In die andere Richtung liegt das Tempelhoferfeld nur wenige gehminuten entfernt.
Nun zu uns wir sind 27 und 25 Jahre alt. Haben Development Economics studiert. Wir sind sehr gesellig und unterhalten uns gern über alles möglich. Gute Kommunikation und respektvoller Umgang miteinander sind uns selbstverständlich super wichtig. Wir kochen beide gern und gemeinsames WG kochen wäre cool oder vlt einfach ein kleiner schnack bei einer Tasse Tee. Ich bin leidenschaftliche Tee Trinkerin und es gibt immer viele Sorten zur Auswahl.
