Willkommen in der bunten Stadt Berlin & welcome to our cosy apartment! The flat is located in the heart of the charming & vibrant area Neukölln. We offer our bright and cosy room wich has high ceilings and wooden floor. You will sleep on a comfy 1,40 x 2,0 m bed.
The flat has 3 rooms, one is yours with balcony, the living room and our room.
Die gemütliche Altbauwohnung befindet sich im belebten Reuterkiez in Neukölln. Daniel und Miri wohnen zusammen in dieser Wohnung, Daniel ist jedoch zurzeit nicht da, daher wirst du mit Miriam zusammen in der Wohnung wohnen!
Dein Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm und den Zugang zum Balkon, bis mittags ist da immer fein Sonne =) Die geräumige große Küche lädt zum Kochen ein.
Natürlich darf alles in der Wohnung genutzt werden.
Bitte schreibt bei einer Anfrage kurz etwas über euch =) Bis bald in unserer Wohnung!
Ettliche Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und sonstige Geschäfte befinden sich direkt im Umfeld der Wohnung. Die Weserstraße ist gut belebt und in nur 3 Gehminuten ist man am Maybach oder Paul-linke Ufer.
Die U7 Stationen Rathaus Neukölln und Hermannplatz sind innerhalb 7 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zudem fährt der M41 Bus innerhalb 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Weitere Verbindungen wie der Bus 194 bringen dich in nur 12 Minuten zum Ostkreuz. Die Anbindung ist daher super :)
In 5 minutes walking distance you'll reach the river Landwehrkanal with its chilled & relaxed atmosphere, many fleamarkets & vegetable markets are taking place on different days.
Tempelhofer Feld and small parks are also not far away.
There are loads of fancy Bars, Restaurants & Cafes just in front of the doorstep, also supermarkets and other shops.
