ich vermiete mein Zimmer für circa drei Wochen unter. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und einem nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon. Die Küche und das Bad sind beide groß und komplett ausgestattet. Internet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc. sind alle im Preis enthalten.

I would like to sublet my room for about three weeks. The room is furnished, It also comes with a south facing balkony. Kitchen and bathroom are both quite large and compeletly equipped. Internet , washing machine, dishwasher, etc. are all included in the price of the room.
Das Zimmer ist im Herzen Neuköllns, 4 Minuten entfernt von der Station S-Bahn/U-Bahn Neukölln. Noch näher findet man unterschiedliche Supermärkte (Penny, Aldi, Real), türkische Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Apotheken, DM und Rossmann. Es gibt sehr schöne Bars und Cafes gleich um die Ecke, und sogar eine meiner Lieblingspizzerien ist da! Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich der Körnerpark, wo Leute auf dem Rasen sitzen können, während ein Band sonntags Musik spielt.
The room is in the heart of Neukölln, only 4 minutes walking distance from the station S-Bahn and the U-Bahn Neukölln. Even closer you will find various supermarkets (Penny, Aldi, Real), turkish supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and drugstores (DM and Rossmann). Very nice bars and cafes are just around the corner, just like one of my favourite pizza restaurants in Berlin! Just in front of the house there is Körnerpark where people hang out on the grass, and a band plays music on sundays when the weather is better.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer. Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner Andreas (Andi, 30, deutsch, Doktorant) zusammenwohnen. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre zu Hause, kochen regelmäßig gemeinsam, hören Musik. Wir sind sehr gesellig, respektieren aber gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre des Anderen.
Andi kocht hervorragendes indisches Essen, du solltest es probieren!
Außerdem sind wir mit der WG gegenüber von uns befreundet, also besuchen sie uns sehr regelmäßig.
The flat has two rooms. You would be sharing it with my flatmate Andreas (Andi, 30 years, German, currently doing his phd). The atmosphere at home is very comfortable and relaxed, we hang out together, cook, listen to music. We are both very social people but still respect each others privacy.
Also, Andi cooks the best indian food, so make sure to ask for a bite! We are friends with the flat across the hallway, so they usually visit often.
Wir suchen eine offene, spontane und freundliche Person, die idealerweise ebenfalls arbeitet, studiert oder ein Praktikum macht. Rücksicht auf die Anderen und Sauberkeit sind essentiell. Solltest du Interesse an dem Zimmer haben, würden wir uns freuen dich entweder persönlich kennen zu lernen oder via Skype/Whatsapp zu sprechen. Schreib uns einfach eine Email, in der du dich kurz vorstellst, damit wir einen ersten Eindruck haben!
