Hello lovely people,
We are offering a room in our big WG apartment to a kind, clean and cool person ONLY for 2 months starting from January, 1st 2022 until 28.02.2022. There is someone moving in on the 1st of March.
The room, 22sqm, is spacious, clean, and bright. It is UNFURNISHED despite the pictures.
The whole apartment is newly renovated - functional and well set up.
The bathrooms (two) are completely renovated with modern tiles, bath and shower, sink, toilet, a shelf, and a washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is well-equipped.
The 138sqm, newly renovated and equipped apartment is located in Sonnenalle, 6min. walk from the Sbahn Sonnenalle; it is a 3min. walk from the street Sonnenalle where the buses M41, 171, M29 run; it is also, 1km away from the U Karl-Marx-Str.
Richardplatz is literally around the corner and the beautiful Comenius Garden is less than 10min. walk far. There are many nice Cafés and Restaurant in the area as well as various shopping facilities.
Some brief information about me:
My name is Ina. I am of Greek-Albanian origin & live and work in Berlin since 2014.
I am an early education teacher and a children's rights expert/researcher. I have enjoyed living in this WG, apartment room for two years and I feel half-hearted having to leave. But, life happens and at times one chooses to explore other pathways. :)
The shared flat consists of 3 other cool, happy, authentic & interesting people. :) There is Mary, Lydia & Emma, all uncomplicated & genuinely nice people who speak very good English. The house language is both German and English.
We are all WG-experienced and it would be nice if you are too. Also, we are all working people so our weekdays are pretty much busy. Therefore, it is rather preferable that you are also on the same wavelength.
We all share a very harmonious existence together; we cook, talk, go out together, have fun, and want to spend a good time in each other's company - but all without compulsion and coercion. We all need enough room to pull back sometimes & enjoy our privacy.
Cleanliness and respect for the apartment as well as privacy are extremely important. Thus, we would like someone who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and order and even recognizes when things need to be cleaned.
Please, write a short description of yourself (age/gender/origin), your purpose/reason for moving to Berlin, working (area/field). Most importantly, preferred date of moving in, your experiences in shared flat living, free time activities, and whatever else you feel like sharing!!!
