Ich bin im Sommerurlaub und mein gemütliches Zimmer im Schillerkiez möchte gerne genutzt werden.
Meine Sachen bleiben wegen der kurzen Mietdauer drin, aber ich räume dir natürlich Platz für dein Reisegepäck frei.
Selbstverständlich ist alles vorhanden, was du zum Leben für einen Monat (oder weniger) brauchst: ein großer Schreibtisch + Stuhl, eine Kommode zum Ablegen von was auch immer, ein Kleiderschrank in dem ich dir 1-2 Fächer freimache (bei Bedarf hole ich dir auch gerne eine IKEA-Kleiderstange aus dem Keller hoch, ist aber nicht so dekorativ :-)), ein Plattenspieler mit tollen Kinderhörspielen (Urmel aus dem Eis, falls du mal nicht schlafen kannst!).
Gerne kannst du auch Decken, Kissen, Handtücher mitbenutzen, das sprechen wir einfach ab.
Das Zimmer hat schönen Dielenboden und einen Kamin, der leider nur noch Deko ist. Es ist genug Freifläche um dein Fahrrad zu parken, Yoga zu machen oder wofür du sonst noch Platz brauchst. Außerdem gibt es einen (leider schattigen) Balkon, der momentan nicht benutzt wird. Dafür kann man aber auch im Sommer hervorragend schlafen, es ist kühl und ganz ruhig.
Wir sind recht einfach eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, was das Urlauber-Herz begehrt: Eckbank in der Küche zum gemütlichen lesen, ein hervorragender Standmixer, ein Entsafter und so weiter und so weiter.
I am on summer vacation and my comfortable room in the Schillerkiez would like to be used.
My things stay inside because of the short rental period, but of course I will leave room for your luggage.
Of course, everything you need for living for a month (or less) is available: a big desk + chair, a chest of drawers for storing whatever you need, a wardrobe in which I'll clear 1-2 compartments for you (if necessary, I'd be happy to bring up an IKEA clothes rail from the basement, but it's not that decorative :-)), a record player with great children's audio games (Urmel from the ice, in case you can't sleep!).
You are welcome to use blankets, pillows and towels, we will discuss this with you.
The room has a nice floorboard and a fireplace, which unfortunately is only decoration. There is enough space to park your bike, do yoga or whatever else you need space for. There is also a (unfortunately shady) balcony. On the other hand you can sleep very well in summer, it is cool and very quiet.
We are quite simply furnished, but there is everything what the vacationer's heart desires: corner seat in the kitchen for comfortable reading, an excellent blender, a juicer and so on and so on.
Zur U8 läufst du 2.3 Minuten, zur Ringbahn 7min bei schnellem Schritt. Der nächste Späti ist ein Haus weiter, gegenüber gibt es bis 21 Uhr Kaffee und Paletas Eis.
Wir wohnen im Schillerkiez, d.h. du bist in 5 Minuten auf dem Tempelhofer Feld oder am Herrfurthplatz, dem Herz des Kiezes. Selbstredend bist du hier fußläufig mit allem versorgt, wonach Berlin-Besuchende lechzen: Cafés und Avocadotoasts, Yogastudios, einem gemütlichen Wochenmarkt und kleinen Boutiquen und Second Hand Läden zum stöbern.
Ich würde ohne schlechtes Gewissen behaupten, dass der Schillerkiez eine der besonders tollen Wohngegenden in Berlin ist; wenn du mehr Action brauchst bist du ganz schnell in Kreuzberg, dem echten Neukölln oder Fhain und wenn du Ruhe suchst und rumbummeln magst ist Rixdorf auch ganz nah.
Du bist natürlich auch herzlich eingeladen dich bei mir einzumieten, wenn du besseres zu tun hast, als den ganzen Tag nur rumzuschlendern.
To the U8 you walk 2.3 minutes, to the Ringbahn 7 minutes at a fast pace. The next late station is one house further on, opposite you can get coffee and Paletas ice cream until 9pm.
We live in the Schillerkiez, which means that in 5 minutes you are on Tempelhofer Feld or Herrfurthplatz, the heart of the district. Of course, you can find everything that Berlin visitors crave here within walking distance: cafés and avocado bars, yoga studios, a cosy weekly market and small boutiques and second-hand shops to browse.
I would say without a bad conscience that the Schillerkiez is one of the most beautiful residential areas in Berlin; if you need more action, you'll quickly find yourself in Kreuzberg, the real Neukölln or Fhain, and if you're looking for peace and quiet and like to stroll around, Rixdorf is close by.
You are of course also welcome to rent a room with me if you have better things to do than just wander around all day.

You'll share the flat with Marie and Fabian who just recently moved in.
Wenn du Lust auf einen Monat in meinem gemütlichen Zimmer hast, dann melde dich doch einfach mit einer Nachricht bei mir. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass wir Organisatorisches virtuell regeln. Am besten schickst du mir gleich ein paar Terminvorschläge.
Ich bin mit der Mietdauer flexibel, schreib mir daher doch einfach wie lang du hier sein wollen würdest. Die Kaution ist VB, je nachdem wie lange du bleibst etc.
