cozy, warm-hearted, discrimination-sensitive 3 people shared flat, looking for temporary third flatmate. the flat is close to u boddinstr, rathaus neukölln, and hermannplatz.
we are both busy people, living our lifes, but also like to hang out together, cooking or watching sth or having a drink on our balcony. basically, we’re attempting a balance between having your own space and being a small community in everyday life. We hope you like cleaning schedules and a communal kitchen.
The building is from the 90ies so not your dream art nouveau, wooden floors, what have you berlin flat, but it‘s got a nice balcony to the south and a good view on the sunset behind the roofs towards the northwest. :)
the rent is 300per month.
Eventually the room is free till 3rd maybe even 10th of September.

gemütliche, warmherzige, diskriminierungs-sensible 3-leute-wg sucht nach dritter mitbewohner*in zur zwischenmiete für den August (eventuell auch bis zum 3 oder 10. September).
Die Wohnung ist nahe U Boddinstr, Rathaus Neukölln und Hermannplatz. Wir machen viel unser eigenes Ding, aber hängen auch gerne zusammen ab, kochen oder gucken was oder nehmen einen Drink ein auf unserem Balkon. Im Grunde versuchen wir, dass jede*r den eigenen space hat, wir aber trotzdem eine kleine Gemeinschaft im Alltag sind. Gute Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit sind uns sehr wichtig.
Das Gebäude ist aus den 90ern, also nicht die traumhafte Jugendstil, hölzerne Fußböden und soweiter Berlin Wohnung, aber es gibt einen schönen Balkon zum Süden raus und einen guten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang hinter den Dächern im Nordwesten. :)
Die Miete ist 300 für den Monat. Das Zimmer ist 11 qm klein aber die Wohnung insgesamt rech groß.
