The appartment has three rooms plus bathroom and kitchen. One large livingroom with terasse and two other rooms.It is in the roof of an old house.
YOUR ROOM is furnished. It has a small terasse with sunshine in the morning and first part of the day. Its perfect for working and relaxing. The room has about 35m2, the livingroom is is about 40m2.
I think its the best place to live, everything is in front of the door, but the flat itself is quiet. U8 and U7 and Busses are in one minute walking distance. Groceries also. are 5 min away. Lots of bars and very good but cheap restaurants are all in a few minutes waling distance. The flat is in Neukölln at the border to Kreuzberg (Kreukölln).
Your flatmate is my very good friend Rocio. She is a camera operator shoots movies and works at the DFFB (German Film and Television Academy). She is very friendly and a good person as one says. We have no cleaning plan, but as we both do clean regularly, every week, there is no need for these things. You will find Your rythm with her. Rocio is uncomplicated, and one can talk directly and relaxed about everything.
