Hi everyone,
A 15sqm room is available in my beautiful rooftop flat in Juliusstr. in Neukölln from the 3.12 to the 30.1.20. It is optionally semi-furnished and the warm rent is 550.
I had an Untermieter that bailed on me just a few days ago, leaving me in a very unfortunate position. I myself am not currently in the flat and therefore unable to supply current photos, due to my ex-girlfriend moving all of her stuff until Saturday. If you're only interested in a certain timeframe during my mentioned dates, don't hesitate to get in touch anyways!
Anyone interested can get in touch and I can supply more information, alternatively I can arrange visits tomorrow (friday), and will also be able to supply pictures then.

The flat is conveniently located under 10 minutes away from the U7, U8 and Ringbahn, also 30 seconds from the A100 autobahn in case you've got a car. It is a 4th story flat with a ton of light, a huge south facing balcony and rooftop access from witxhin the flat. There are two rooms plus a large living room, I'll be living in one room and my old office will be converted into your room. We have a very fast internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub, plus many other amenities.
