Suchen nette Mitbewohnerin für ein sehr gemütliches, großes, helles und möbliertes Zimmer über den Dächern von Berlin-Neukölln.
Wir sind zu zweit und suchen eine unaufgeregte und freundliche Frau die hier auf Zeit mit uns wohnen möchte.
Wir sind berufstätig und würden bevorzugen, wenn auch Du beruflich, mit einem Praktikum oder Studium beschäftigt wärst; kein Home Office.
Wir bieten nicht wirklich eine WG Atmosphäre (zumindest keine StudentenWGatmosphäre), weil wir durch Beruf und Beziehung unsere Leben führen, dennoch begegnen wir uns hier freundlich, quatschen zwischen Tür und Angel und manchmal sitzen wir auch gemütlich bei einem Bier oder leckerem Essen zusammen
In der Küche. Wir kochen zu 98% vegetarisch, jedoch gibts durchaus 1-2 Mal im Jahr auch etwas mit Fleisch..
Wir planen eventuell ab Oktober/november zwei Katzenbabys aufzunehmen, Du solltest offen sein dafür.
We are looking for a friendly and calm person, who is looking for a short term place to live. It’s cozy, calm and nice here.
and perhaps soon we will have two kittens, so you should be fine with cats… and imagine the sweet, funny and perhaps little crazy starting time with the kittens..
The place is in a very nice area, we have many bars, restaurants, cafés, two independent cinemas and different supermarkets around. In five minutes by foot we have a small river here, some minutes more and you can have a walk in two different parks, the Tempelhofer field is close too.
The underground is five minutes by foot, five different busses are crossing the street...
We would prefer if you leave the appartement for your Daily work/ Job/ studying. No Home Office.
Sehr vielseitige Verkehrsanbindung, 3 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, etwa 6Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahnstation.
Viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars in der Umgebung,
Der Kanal ein paar Minuten entfernt lädt zum flanieren und das Draußen sein genießen ein.
Gemütlich und unaufgeregt, offen, interessiert an anderen Lebensweisen und auch Zubereitungsweisen von Essen ;).
Wir suchen für die kurze Zeit jemand nettes mit freundlichem Wesen, die ihr Ding macht und gern hier und da Mal einen Plausch hält - übers Leben oder was gerad bewegt.
