My name is Matteo and I am a musician and carpenter and this is my room for rent.
Length of Rental: 2 MONTHS: January 15 2020 to March 16 2020.
I live with some very sweet and special people in this newly renovated, beautiful old building in the heart of Neukölln. My bedroom window overlooks a big and quiet park. Directly behind our building is the beautiful Körnerpark. There is a shared living room, 2 bathrooms (1 has the shower), and a wonderful kitchen.
Now the room:
The 28 sq. meter bedroom with private balcony feels bright and huge with 3.3 meter high ceiling. There are big double windows and 2 radiators that keep the room warm and cosy. The view outside is so peaceful and serene.
The room comes with a double bed, a big desk, storage shelves, nice vintage wooden furniture, a couple cozy chairs to enjoy and so on.
Situated in an amazing Neukölln oasis!
We live 3 blocks from Hermannstraße and 1 block from Karl-Marx Straße. 5-10 minutes walk to U-Bahn lines U7 and U8, and S-Bahn lines S41, S42, S45, and S46. Lots of grocery stores and other shops very close by. Surrounded by green spaces and a few minutes from Tempelhofer Feld!
