Hallo,
ich suche eine Untermieterin für mein Zimmer in Neukölln im Zeitraum vom 29.02.20 bis zum 11.04.20, da ich verreisen werde. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Neukölln und die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle „Hermannplatz“ ist zu Fuß in 4-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und hat einen Balkon. Bad, Küche und W-lan dürfen natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Da du, um in die Küche zu kommen, durch das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin laufen musst (was bis jetzt nie ein großes Problem war), suche ich eine rücksichtsvolle Person.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 19 Jahre alt und studiert momentan an der FU Berlin.
Ich freue mich über eine Nachricht.
