Schönes möbliertes Zimmer in Altbau-WG mit Wohnzimmer // Lovely furnished room in old-style apartment with living room

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und in einem schönen Altbau in der Bürknerstraße mitten im Neuköllner Getümmel. Der Kanal und das Maybachufer sind quasi unser Vorgarten und die U-Bahn Schönleinstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Biomärkte und konventionelle Supermärkte sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele nette Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Läden und fast alles, was man sich wünschen könnte.

The apartment is located on the first floor and in a beautiful old building in Bürknerstraße in the middle of the turmoil if Neukölln. The canal and the Maybachufer are basically our front yard and the subway station Schönleinstraße is within close walking distance. Supermarkets like Lidl, Penny, Edeka and Biocompany are within walking distance. There are also many nice cafes, restaurants, small stores and almost everything you could want in the area.

Da Julia gerade selbst in einer Übergangsphase ist, ist ihr Zimmer für die Zeit bis ca. Ende Mai frei. Zusammen wohnen wirst du also mit mir - Chimara, 37 Jahre alt und in der Demokratiearbeit tätig. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Yoga und lange Spaziergänge durch die Stadt oder Natur, liebe Musik und probiere neue Dinge aus, vor allem Bars & (vegane) Restaurants. :) Nach einem anstrengenden Tag ziehe ich mich aber auch mal zurück und lese, schaue ne Runde Serie oder bin für Kino, Theater oder ein (Jazz, Rock, Punk-)Konzert zu haben - gerne auch gemeinsam!

Zum Zusammenleben: Wenn sich unsere Essgewohnheiten überschneiden und du darauf Lust hast können wir gerne so viel teilen wie uns passt. Mir wäre wichtig, dass du in der Wohnung kein Fleisch zubereitest, ob du welches isst ist deine Sache. Ich dränge meine Überzeugungen niemensch auf, aber freue mich doch über gemeinsame Einstellungen. Ich lege Wert auf Bio-Lebensmittel, die Umwelt, das Klima und Nachhaltigkeit. Unsere Wohnung ist ein safe-space für LGBTQIA* Personen. Menschenfeindliche Einstellungen werden in unserer WG nicht toleriert.

Since Julia is currently in a transition phase herself, her room is free for the time until about the end of May. So you will live together with me - Chimara, 37 years and working in democracy work. In my free time I like to do yoga, go for long walks, love music and try new things, especially bars & (vegan) restaurants :) But after a busy day I also like to spend time in my room and just read a book or am up for a (Jazz, Rock, Punk-)concert, the cinema or theater. We can go together if you like!

Concerning our life together: If our eating habits are similar I am open to share the food. The only thing that is important to me is that you don`t cook meat - whether you eat it is your concern. I don`t impose my beliefs on anybody, though I would be happy to share the same ones. For example organic food, the environment, the climate and sustainability are important to me. Our flat is a safe-space for LGBTQIA* people. Racist or other discriminating beliefs are not tolerated in our shared flat.

Die Monatsmiete beträgt 660 Euro (mit allem dabei: Strom, Internet, GEZ, und der angezogenen Gaspreis, der uns leider alle immer noch betrifft) und die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Badewanne, Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht).

The monthly rent is 660 Euros (with everything included: electricity, internet, GEZ, and the increased gas price, which unfortunately is still affecting us all right now) and the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub, kitchen with everything you need for cooking and baking).
