15m2 großes Zimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Möbliert mit Kommode, Nachttisch, 140cm breitem Bett.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, heißt: wir hören uns niesen wenn der/die andere im Zimmer nebenan dies tut.
Dafür ist dein Zimmer sehr ruhig und ich bin eh die meiste Zeit aus dem Haus :-)
Rauchen kann man auf dem Balkon zur Straße hin.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und du kannst dich dort austoben, wenn du magst.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist sauber.
Neben dem Körnerpark in Neukölln, 7 min von der Ringbahn, je 8 Minuten von der U8 und der U7.
Ich bin Psychologin und arbeite 3 Tage/Woche in einem Krankenhaus. Ich bin viel unterwegs, kulturinteressiert, links gesinnt, wenig zu Hause.
Ich bin eher ruhig. Ich möchte die Wohnung eher zweckmäßig kurzfristig vermieten, also nicht long term :)
Für die Miete verlange ich 140 euro/Woche bzw 20 Euro/Tag. :)
