Das Zimmer hat 2 große Dachfenster, die man mit einem Rollo komplett abdunkeln kann:) die Wohnung ist 2018 frisch renoviert worden und die dicke Türe und Wände dämmen das Zimmer gut, man hört die Straße jedoch bei offenen Fenstern.
Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und in jedem Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, es gibt also viel Platz und selten Engpässe:)
Es gibt einen schönen Balkon in der Küche , der von allen im Sommer viel genutzt wird um dort gemeinsam zu essen, zu grillen oder die Sonne zu genießen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Bett ausgestattet, dass ich beim Auszug hierlassen werde.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen du stolperst quasi aus dem Haus und sitzt schon in U/S-Bahn Neukölln.
Ansonten gibt es hier viele Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür; Eurogida, Penny und ein kleines Stück weiter ist ein Real, Aldi usw. sowie typischen Berliner Spätis.
Location
Flat is located a 1 minute walk from Neukolln S and U Bahn station. With easy access across all of Berlin
There are many supermarkets around the area just walking distance.
Close to lots of amazing bars and restaurants
Templehof is also walking distance - perfect for summer!
WG-Leben:
Die WG wirst du dir mit Matthias, Edouard, Saskia, Soy und Chico teilen.
Alle arbeiten Vollzeit bis auf Soy, die freelanced und Chico, der deutsch studiert. Unter der Woche ist es relativ ruhig bei uns. Wir schauen gerne Filme zusammen und unternehmen auch am Wochenende etwas gemeinsam oder trinken ein Glas Wein/Bier.
