Liebe Suchende, ich gebe ein Zimmer in der schönsten 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln ab zur Untermiete vorerst befristet bis Ende des Jahres. Ich bleibe wohnen und würde mir das dritte Zimmer als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer mit dir teilen. Dein Zimmer ist derzeit unbewohnt, kann aber schnell auch mit einem Bett versehen werden. Wie es für dich passt!
Die Wohnung ist im schicken Altbau-Stil, hell und saniert und hat einen Südbalkon. Küche und Bad ist voll ausgestattet.
Ich (35) wohne jetzt seit drei Jahren in der Wohnung und fühle mich sehr wohl. Ich arbeite in einer Filmproduktion und derzeit im Home Office. Ich mache gerne Yoga, backe zu viel Kuchen und trinke abends (manchmal auch schon nachmittags) ein Glas Wein. Am liebsten den vom tollen Weinladen in unserem Haus! Das nur als Vorwarnung ;)
