Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und zur Straße gelegen. Ich verlasse die WG zum Juni, der Inhaber des Zimmers kommt aber erst Anfang Juli wieder - deshalb bieten wir das Zimmer für einen Monat an :-)
Mit meinem Auszug werden auch die meisten Möbel, die auf den Fotos sind ausziehen - dh. das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert angeboten. Es wird also letztendlich wesentlich leerer sein, als auf den Fotos. I’ll be leaving the flatshare from June on. The actual owner of my room only will be coming back early July though. Hence we wanna offer this room for the month in between!
Most of the furniture will be leaving with me next week - so the room will be a lot more spacey than on the pics. What will remain: The bed (140 x 200 cm) // a laundry basket // a small nighttable // the shelves on the wall // the clothes rail // a very small drawer
Das Kungerkiez in Alt-Treptow liegt zwischen Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain hat dadurch eine ganz besondere Lage mit guter Anbindung
In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß/5 Minuten mit Rad ist man direkt in Neukölln am Kanal. 5 weitere Fußminuten befindet sich der U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln.
Mehrere Busse (194, 166) befahren diese Strecke. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 300m von der Haustür entfernt. Genau auf der Höhe befinden sich auch ein Netto und Edeka zum Einkaufen. Mehrere Spätis sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Görlitzer Park ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Treptower Park ist 10 Minuten entfernt.

You'll be right on the brink to Neukölln. The canal is either 10 walking minutes or less than 5 minutes by bike away. The U-Bahn station Rathaus Neukölln is reached in 15 walking minutes or 5 minutes by bus or bike.
S-Bahn station Treptower Park is in 15 walking minute distance and the Görlitzer Park is reached in 10 minutes by foot.
