Moin, ich vermiete ein sehr großes (32qm) möbliertes Zimmer in einem schönen sanierten Altbau in Neukölln. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung insgesamt sind sehr ruhig. Zum Wohnblock gehört ein riesiger, begrünter Innenhof mit einer Gartenlaube, Grillplatz und Tischtennis.. alles kann mitgenutzt werden.
Die Bushaltestelle M41 befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, U7 Rathaus Neukölln in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Diverse Parks und der Kanal sind in der Nähe, genauso wie viele coole Cafés, Bars, Kinos und Restaurants in der beliebten Weserstraße.
Zu mir: Ich bin 40, Beamter in einem Ministerium und und ziemlich viel auf Dienstreisen (was momentan ausgesetzt ist); Zuhause schätze ich Ruhe, Zurückhaltung, Rücksichtnahme und eine gewisse Grundordnung. Wenn Du gerne ausgiebig feiern gehst oder häufig Leute für ‘ne Runde Bier zu Besuch hast, dann wird’s wahrscheinlich weniger passen..
English spoken persons are very welcome! I’m renting out a nice large fully furnished room in a beautiful renovated old building in Neukölln. The room and the flat are very quiet. About me: I am 40, I work as a public official in one of the ministries dealing with EU topics and traveling pretty often with my work across Europe; At home I appreciate peace, quiet and basic order. So if you do a lot of clubbing, going out for parties and having people for drinks at home we are definitely not a match!
