Das Zimmer ist möbeliert und ca. 15qm groß. Es befindet sich in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung und steht zur Untermiete frei.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zur Ostseite und ist sogar mit Galerieleisten und Kunstwerken aufgehübscht.
The room is located in Neukölln - not far away from S-Bahn Sonnenallee. It`s quiet but close to more lively area with bars and coffees.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt am ehemaligen Mauerstreifen, an der Grenze zwischen Neukölln und Alt-Treptow. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi und REWE) sind keine 3 Minuten entfernt.
Die Straße ist eher ruhig. Die hippe Weserstraße sowie viele Bars und Cafes (die jetzt alle geschlossen sind) sind aber keine 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die nächste Busstation ist ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Most of the time I am working or outside of the flat. So it might be difficult to spent time together. But I am very open for joined plans like cooking, bouldering or playing baby football (if that will be possible anytime soon).

Ich bin meist auf Arbeit oder unterwegs (gerade aber eher im Home Office). Es besteht also die Gefahr, dass zwischen uns nur eine kurze Zweckgemeinschaft besteht. Ich bin aber offen für gemeinsames Kochen, Kickern oder Klettern - sobald das wieder möglich und erlaubt ist. Ich mag die Ruhe und mag keinen Zigarettenrauch.
